Wellness Series: Chiropractic Care in Nature

Join Alison Van De Pol, RN Integrative health Coach for a unique fitness class. You do not need to belong to a gym to incorporate fitness into your daily routine. Why not use nature as your motivation and weight resistance? This class will be set up in stations designed to teach you techniques to use common items like trees, rocks, and even stumps as your gym.
