Health & Wellness Series: Family Yoga

Move! Breathe! Stretch! Grow!
Students off all ages will practice breathing techniques, stretching, and moving their bodies in mindful and playful ways as they learn basic yoga poses. Movements are taught through themes games, music and literature, and even some partner poses. Students will develop strength and challenge the balance of their bodies while also learning how to slow down and focus their minds. Our certified yoga instrucor completed her RCYT Training with Diving Light Yoga. She has 3 little yogies of her own, and also spent years as an elementary school teacher. She is a nature lover, and her favorite place to practice yoga is outdoors. Students should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle to class.
Class is open to all ages. Any child under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Cost is $6.00 per person.
