Health & Wellness Series: Human Design: The Secret to Healthy Digestion
February 1 @ 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Understanding how your body digests food – and even life – is a GAME CHANGER for your health!
Your Design body graph, your genetic code, holds important information about how you were designed to eat and live. If you’ve ever wondered why certain ways of eating work for some and not for others, or maybe why your health changes even when your eating doesn’t – this workshop is for you.
Parents – this is very important for you to know, but it’s also a great tool for supporting your kids in living their design.
Pre-registration is required.
Suggested for ages 16+.
Education Program Safety Policies:
The Brenton Arboretum staff continue to closely monitor national and local guidance regarding the status of COVID-19 in our community. In order to protect public health, education program participants must adhere to the following safety guidelines:
- If you are unwell, or have been in contact with someone who is unwell in the past 14 days, then you must not attend the program. Refunds in full will be issued upon request, otherwise fees collected will be considered donations to support the Arboretum during this time of reduced operations.
- You must comply with current public health guidelines set forth by the CDC, which include social distancing and the use of masks under certain circumstances when on-site.
