Light The Night & “Star of Bethlehem” Viewing
December 21 @ 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Celebrate Winter’s official arrival and the longest night of the year! Bring a thermos of cocoa and your cozy blankets to enjoy a fire under the stars as you set your intentions for the new year. Come any time between 5:30 & 8:30, stay just bit or a little longer. All ages welcome, a great event for families!
Nature-themed take-and-make ornament kits will be available for purchase for $2.
The alignment of Saturn & Jupiter (aka the “Star of Bethlehem”) will be easiest to see between about 5:30 and 6:00pm in the southwest sky. Bring your binoculars or a telescope for a closer look.
This event is free for both members and non-members.
Pre-registration is not required, drop-ins welcome.
