Outdoor painting workshop with Artist Jill Woodward

Join local artist, Jill Woodward, at The Brenton Arboretum for an outdoor painting workshop. You will paint your own original landscape or nature painting acrylic paints. Jill will give a lesson on the use of supplies and techniques and a demonstration. Participants will complete their own painting with help and support throughout the class. All supplies will be provided. Please bring a lawn chair and any personal itemss you might need. ( hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle) No painting or art experience necessary.
Best suited for ages 16 and older. Limited to 10 participants. All supplies will be provided.
( canvas, paints, brushes) Each student will take home their own creative works of art.
If it’s bad weather/raining on June 11 you will receive an email from The Brenton Arboretum to postpone the event. Rain date is June 18, 2023 2:00-5:00 PM.
This program will take place on the paved path at Overlook Pond. Please dress to be outside the entire class.
Cost is $40.00 per student.
