Resources for Homeschoolers

Welcome home school families! Come explore our 140 acres that includes rolling hills, streams, ponds, and woods. Areas of special interest include Eddy Woods, Overlook Pond, and the O’ Brien Nature Play Area located next to the pavilion where many of our featured classes, field trips, and summer camps begin. See map below.

Homeschool families participate in a free guided program. Meets at the pavilion.

Nature Club is for all 2 -5 year old kids to come learn, play, craft, and make friends with a themed program.

Acorn Academy is for all students ages 6 and up to have hands-on experiments, activities, and themed programs.

How to be prepared: – Closed toed shoes – Water Bottle – Sunscreen -Dress for being outside
