The Vista Room includes:

Business meeting hours are available from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Your reservation includes full access to the Vista Room, along with the scenic Vista Room deck and surrounding lawn space, giving your guests room to relax, recharge, or take a walk through the grounds.

Add-on options
Bus Tour $50.00 plus $3.00 per person
Bring your bus or van to the arboretum and a tour guide will board your bus for a 30-45 minutes guided bus tour.
Lunch and Learn $75.00 for 1 hour program up to 20 guests
Stay during your lunch hour for a 1 hour program on seasonal topics. Cater in a lunch for your team during your program or let our rental team help you with catering arrangements. (additional fees may apply. All catering paid by renter) Additional guests $3.00 per person.
Catered Lunch $11.50 per person (delivery fees may apply)
Enjoy a brown bag catered lunch from Baker’s Pantry during your meeting or for a picnic on our grounds. Lunch includes 1 sandwich ( turkey, ham or veggies) 1 bag of chips, 1 chocolate chip cookie, 1 bottle of water.
Mobility accessible guided hike $75.00 per group up to 20 guests
Join our tour guide for a guided hike around Overlook Pond on a pave walking path. Topics based on season. Additional guests $3.00 per person.
Cocktail hour $100.00 per hour
Stay additional time after your meeting and offer your team cocktails and light snacks and time to enjoy the arboretum property. Renter responsible for all cocktails and food.
